24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
At Natural Therapeutics Massage & Wellness, we do everything we can to provide the best possible service and strive to accommodate scheduling requests. We understand that you may not always be able to keep your appointment time and kindly ask you give us at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointments. This allows for someone else in need of a massage to schedule an appointment in that time. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost unless you fall into our “No Show” policy and thus be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment (please see policy below). All appointments require a credit card to reserve the session. If you schedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you no longer have the option to cancel without getting charged. Please do not send an email to cancel your appointment. You MUST text us or call us and eave a voicemail to ensure your cancellation. Thank you for honoring our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COUPONS
In lieu of requiring a credit card to hold your appointment we require your redemption code to hold your appointment. If you late cancel or do not show up, we will redeem your coupon.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Therapists are only required to wait 15 minutes for you to show up. Please call if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to ensure the therapist is on site and is willing to do a shortened massage. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

LATE CANCEL POLICY
If you call to cancel on the same day of your appointment or after business hours the night before your appointment you will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% of the amount of the scheduled appointment. If you call and give us ample time to get your appointment rescheduled AND we successfully do get it rescheduled, we will not charge you the late cancel fee. We ask that you try to help us accommodate as many clients as possible and greatly appreciate you doing your part to help our business and our therapists to be successful. Do not send an email to cancel your appointment. You MUST text us or call and leave a voicemail to ensure your cancellation. Thank you for honoring our cancellation policy.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full price of the appointment. If you call to cancel within 2 hours of your appointment start time you fall into our no show policy and will be charged the full price for your missed appointment. If you call after business hours and leave a voicemail for your 9a or 10a appointment will not get cancelled until we retrieve the voicemail. The time stamp of the voicemail helps us determine when you tried to cancel. Please send a text or leave a voicemail, do not send an email.  All appointments require a credit card in order to be reserved. This policy stays in effect if you scheduled your appointment within 24 hours of the start time. Thank you for honoring our cancellation policy.

COUPON EXPIRATION POLICY
We recommend that you book your appointment no less than three weeks before the expiration date to ensure redemption. Purchaser will always have the value of the certificate/coupon to use. If date is passed the expiration date, purchaser will be able to use credit towards a full price service.

AUTO DRAFT POLICY
You agree that to terminate your monthly auto draft you must call 30 days prior. Any auto drafts that have been drafted will not be refunded. Each massage auto draft is good for 60 days.

INFANT & PET POLICY
Please reach out to Natural Therapeutics if you want consideration for bringing your infant or service animal. We will try to accommodate you if we can. Natural Therapeutics must stay relatively quiet throughout your session out of respect for other clients trying to relax. If noise is affecting other clients your session may be ended early and the full price of the service will be collected.
